SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, or SC, the leading real estate company in quality and innovation, is dedicated to creating sustainable value for people and the world. Mr. Teerathorn Singhaphan, Head of the Legal Department, represented the company in receiving the certificate for the renewal of membership in the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) for the second consecutive time from Mr. Paitoon Taweepol, Certification Committee Member, at the CAC Certification Ceremony 2024: Business Beyond CAC: Spotlight On Supply Chain, organized by the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption project. This event underscores the company's commitment to conducting business with good governance and sustainability at the Nikko Bangkok Hotel, Fuji Grand Ballroom.

The Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption, or CAC, aims to foster cooperation among the private sector to address corruption issues in society and the country's economy. Building a corruption-free society requires the collaboration of all sectors, functioning like a chain in the business sector that starts with creating transparency within organizations and gradually expanding to the supply chain. As more companies enhance their transparency, the Thai business sector will grow stronger and achieve sustainable growth. SC has been recognized for its efforts in various areas, including anti-corruption risk management measures, employee training on anti-corruption policies, Code of Conduct, and communication of policies both internally and externally.

The certification is valid for three years. The second renewal of membership reaffirms that SC has been recognized for its commitment to conducting business with good governance through continuous anti-corruption measures. The company has demonstrated its compliance with these measures, analyzed, reviewed, and improved its plans, and implemented them effectively. SC has participated in the program since 2018, receiving member certification on June 30, 2021, and the recent second renewal is another source of pride, reinforcing the company's commitment to sustainable governance in its operations.
